Enhance your counselling

The Oticon Gateway has been split into three categories: ‘Counselling’ (containing eCaps and Paediatric Counselling*) ‘Products’ and ‘Other’. In the future Oticon will add new applications and tools continuously within the categories. You can view and experience products without having to open eCaps. To access eCaps you must first open Gateway.

eCaps is an interactive application that helps you enhance your counselling and rehabilitation processes. The application provides you with a structured framework that can help you to identify realistic goals for optimum client satisfaction.

In its newest version, eCaps 1.5, Oticon’s active products are divided into two lines: a ‘Universal Line’, which primarily targets existing users, and a ‘Design Line’, which targets mainly reluctant users. It is easy to counsel in regards to price, as the product portfolio is divided into three price categories: ‘Premium’, ‘Advanced’ and ‘Essential’.
