Hotline and fitting support – when you need it
Hotline support is a cornerstone in our service. At our call centres, audiologists with experience in technical and fitting-related questions are ready to provide quick, personalised and topic-specific support.
The service is of course free of charge, and for your convenience, our call centres are open before and after office hours.
Our hotline helps you:
Use our fitting tool, Genie, and our multimedia counselling tool, eCaps.
Decide which hearing solutions to recommend for different types of hearing loss.
Solve problems with IT and software installations online.
Our support also includes a range of other issues. For example in-office training in our fitting tool, Genie.

Remote online support while you watch
Via broadband internet connection our team of audiologists and IT specialists provide remote online support of your software installations and hearing device fine tuning while you watch.
It is as easy as 1, 2, 3:
1. Phone your local fitting support hotline to discuss your problem with the support representative.
2. Follow the instructions from the support representative to activate the live system.
3. Identify your needs to the support representative and watch while he or she works with your issue live on your screen.
